TAPS stands for Trace And Process Serve and is our own unique case management system. Its been created on a Microsoft Database using Visual Basic. We continually upgrade and adapt to meet client’s demands. We are keen to move with technology. TAPS can link in with your system to improve the flow of communication. It also has a log of all communication between client and Arkline staff regarding each instruction whether by phone, email or fax.

Import & Export

TAPS can import volume instructions and export client results in Excel and other formats.
