What we do:
Our tracing agents place your trace instruction through a unique data cleansing system where forwarding addresses, telephone numbers and other information is gathered. It is then given to a case handler where telephone calls are made, occupier letters and neighbour letters are sent. Results can be obtained at any point during this procedure. Arkline also conduct Employment Traces.
Confirmation:
Arkline is aware that you may want to send a sheriff or serve documents at the address. So we make sure any trace address we obtain is confirmed by another source such as speaking with a neighbour or occupier.
Turn Around Times:
Our tracing agents ask for a maximum of 28 days to complete enquiries, however we average a completion time of 14 days. From experience we know that 28 days allow us to explore all lines of enquiry.
Volume Instructions:
Arkline can deal with volume instructions. If you wish to send it on a spreadsheet we can return the results that same way.
Urgent Tracing:
We can carry out same day trace enquires.
Field Visits:
Where our standard trace has failed and we feel a visit would be beneficial. We can send one of our experienced field force agents to the address to make local enquiries
